I followed the instructions they had given me, walking around only to find out I was back where I had already been waiting. They told me I was waiting in the wrong place and the shuttle was there waiting for me. I can't remember how but I did eventually get a number to call and spoke to a member of staff. I tried to call different company numbers I could find with no success. I spoke to an airport member of staff who confirmed I was in the correct waiting place. i waited for 30 minutes and no one turned up. I followed the instructions of where to meet the shuttle and no one was there. So I thought it was best to book an airport shuffle, as despite it costing more it would be simple and prearranged/paid for action. I was travelling to a different country and a city I had never visited before. This is the first negative rating I have unfortunately ever needed to give on Tripadvisor. Do not use this company there are much better services and it is really expensive for an extremely poor service I would recommend getting a taxi into the city as it is only 10 minutes away. For our return transfer we had our hotel concierge contact the company as we were extremely worried about missing our flight as the hotel stayed that often this company is really late it doesn’t turn up at all.

When we eventually got through we were told a lie that they were ok there way and would only be 2 minutes, 40 minutes later we were still waiting and when the driver did turn up he was extremely rude and did not even apologise for making us wait. Eventually after waiting nearly an hour we were forced to ask airport staff to help us phone the company during which time the 3 numbers we were given to contact the company did not work.
Despite beginning told that there are a minimum of two transfers every hour this is not true and the service was appalling. We followed the instructions to the letters on our transfer voucher and were made to wait an hour and a half at Boston airport for our transfer. It was worth every penny to have the peace of mind that this company provided.We were booked a return airport transfer with this company via our travel agent and I will be complaining about this service with my travel agent directly as well, I would not recommend this company. At that early hour of the morning, we did not want to take our chances with a random cab that might or might not show up. We would definitely use this service again and recommend it to others! After we made the reservation (10 days in advance), the company sent us texts and emails to keep in touch and the day before, they let us know the name of the driver, the type of vehicle, license, number, etc. There were 3 adults in our party and we had 1 piece of luggage each (those bags were included in the price) and we each had one small carry-on which we just put on our laps, and we were not charged for those bags either. He drove very safely and we all had a lovely chat on the way to the airport. The Toyota mini van was spotless and Rahul was super friendly. We just used this service to travel from our hotel in downtown Boston to Logan airport and were extremely happy! We requested a pick-up time at 3:30 am and our driver, Rahul, was 10-15 minutes early (as were we, waiting in the hotel lobby). This service just nickel and dimes, use other less expensive options in the area. There is no extra cost or effort required to take 2 more bags (he didn't even offer to load them into the car). This was on top of the $100 fare already.

On the past occasion I used their service, one of the drivers got extremely confrontational after we had already arrived at the airport (not when I got in the car) and demanded I pay him another $30 because I had marked 2 bags when I booked but we had 4 bags (including personal items). The result is a $131 fare to go five miles from Cambridge to the airport (a taxi is $34 for the same route).

In addition, their base rate is double what a rideshare/taxi service is to my home from the airport plus they add on a 20% mandatory tip. With two people travelling to the airport with a normal amount of luggage (two carry on's and two small checked bags they charge a $30 fee). I have used this service several times and have found them to be dependable but not worth the extremely high service charges they impose for luggage.
